Graduates of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Degree receive the coveted Le Cordon Bleu Diploma and Brown College A.A.S Degree at the conclusion of this 15-month program.
As a student, you will attend demonstration classes followed by hands-on practical courses in professionally equipped, modern kitchens. The curriculum provides comprehensive yet practical education in the culinary arts. Learn from the experience of Executive Chefs who encourage students to explore their own styles, creativity and background.
In addition to learning classical and modern techniques, students also receive guest demonstrations, table service education, wine courses and a variety of other related instructions. The Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie and Baking Arts Degree is an intensive 15-month education in the Patisserie and Baking Arts.
The core curriculum includes hands-on teaching of patisserie and baking skills and introduces students to different styles and experiences of the chef-Instructors and a wide variety of equipment.
You will obtain the theoretical knowledge that underlies competency in this field and become proficient in over 200 techniques including Artisan Bread Production, Design and Creation of Chocolate/Sugar Showpieces, Classic European Pastry Production, Fine Patisserie.
Brown College is accredited through Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of technology (ACCSCT) and our Culinary Arts program is accredited by the American Culinary Federation Education Institute (ACFEI).
