Pennsylvania Culinary Institute Pennsylvania Culinary Institute was founded in 1986. The faculty and staff are proven leaders in their field and include some of the world's most accomplished chefs, mixologists and management professionals. Students graduating from the Academy's Le Cordon Bleu Associate in Specialized Business Degree Program will be eligible to seek certification by the American Culinary Federation.

As a Le Cordon Bleu student, you'll have the benefit of the ultimate culinary "lab" to prepare you for your epicurean career. The people and nuances may be different, but we've sought to create a learning environment that feels and functions like a food industry workplace, whether you find your vocational opportunity in a Swiss resort, a New England bakery, or a five-star Los Angeles restaurant.

The School of Hotel & Restaurant Management provides a unique educational opportunity to individuals wanting to pursue a career in hospitality management. At Pennsylvania Culinary, our hotel and restaurant management students receive a level of education not found in traditional four-year college hospitality curriculums. Our program meets the needs and desires of industry employers by preparing individuals to be proficient in both front and back of the house operations through practical, hands-on education viewed from the management perspective. Students of PCI's School of Hotel & Restaurant Management, gain a strong foundation in the principles of cooking and management.
