Students graduating from the Academy's Le Cordon Bleu Associate in Specialized Business Degree Program will be eligible to seek certification by the American Culinary Federation.
As a Le Cordon Bleu student, you'll have the benefit of the ultimate culinary "lab" to prepare you for your epicurean career. The School of Hotel & Restaurant Management provides a unique educational opportunity to individuals wanting to pursue a career in hospitality management. At Pennsylvania Culinary, our hotel and restaurant management students receive a level of education not found in traditional four-year college hospitality curriculums. Our program meets the needs and desires of industry employers by preparing individuals to be proficient in both front and back of the house operations through practical, hands-on education viewed from the management perspective. Students of PCI's School of Hotel & Restaurant Management, gain a strong foundation in the principles of cooking and management.
