Western Culinary Institute
Western Culinary Institute is located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest city of Portland, Oregon and offers a full spectrum of Le Cordon Bleu culinary programs including Culinary Arts, Hospitality & Restaurant Management, and Pātisserie and Baking programs. Students enrolled in the degree program at Western Culinary Institute will receive intensive, hands-on education coupled with comprehensive theoretical knowledge in culinary skills as well as food chemistry, sanitation, dietetics, nutrition, kitchen management and baking and pastry. In addition to exposure to different culinary styles, the instructors will familiarize you with a wide variety of equipment, and to prepare you for whatever area of the industry you decide to enter.
